Had a little issue after fitting one of the parts I got from mx5things.com, so I dropped them a message, not really expecting loads if I’m honest. But they got back to me quick and seemed to know exactly what I meant.

They helped me get it sorted without turning it into a big drama, and even checked in after which was a nice touch. Proper good after-sales help, feels like they don’t just disappear once you’ve paid. I’d happily buy from them again.

I ordered from mx5things.com and used the install instructions from their site. Overall, they were easy to follow, and the pictures were a big help. There was just one step that threw me off a bit and I had to read it over a few times, but I figured it out in the end. Everything is working great now, so I’m happy with it. Giving 4 stars because it was a solid experience, just not quite perfect...

I've had this for a while now, and it still works just fine. Nothing fancy to say really, it’s been the dependable one and hasn’t given me a problem.

My order showed up packed really well, at least from what I could tell. Nothing was loose or damaged, and the box itself felt sturdy. Everything inside was wrapped properly too, which I always appreciate, especially with smaller parts. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it was just nice to see that kind of care put into the packaging. I’m happy with it and would probably buy again.

I’ve been really happy with mx5things. Their parts feel genuinely useful, not like random accessories just for the sake of it. I picked up a couple of small mods for my Miata, and they’ve made everyday driving a little easier in ways that are actually clever. The install was straightforward, and everything worked the way it was supposed to. a lot of these little annoyances feel totally preventable, so it’s nice to see someone making smart fixes for things Mazda probably should’ve handled from the start...

The parts themselves were fine, but the instructions really made the whole install frustrating. I kept going back and rereading the same steps because they just weren’t clear enough. It wasn’t impossible, but it was more annoying than it needed to be, and the instructions were the main problem for me.

I had a quick question before placing my order and they got back to me fast. Not instantly lol, but definitely quicker than a lot of other shops I’ve dealt with. They helped me figure out exactly what I needed, so overall I’m happy.

But once everything showed up in good shape and worked like it should, I felt relieved and happy with the purchase overall. Good value, just a smoother tracking experience would make it even better.

Overall, it was okay, just a bit frustrating having to wait longer than I thought I would

The quality just wasn’t there for me. Some of the parts felt cheap, and they stopped working way too quickly. I expected better, better than this for sure.

Picked this up for my Miata and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. No weird issues or hassle so far, so yeah, I’m happy with it.
